Baba Yega Joins Studio 100 Portfolio

Studio 100 Group has contracted the international acrobatic dance act Baba Yega to be one of its new family entertainment brands.

A YouTube phenomenon, Baba Yega won the fourth season of Belgium’s Got Talent in 2016, was the runner-up on Das Supertalent in Germany in 2017 and a semi-finalist on Britain’s Got Talent last year. With a target audience of younger boys, the act combines dance, theater, humor and alien mystery. Studio 100 plans to develop new Baba Yega live shows for the international market, as well as fiction and nonfiction TV series and web series.

In addition to their successful runs on the aforementioned trio of local versions of the Got Talent format, Baba Yega has been the center of both a TV show and a comic strip in Belgium. The act also starred in its own feature film in early 2018, titled Baba Yega: The Movie.
