APC Kids has been named the worldwide distributor outside of France, Belgium, Luxembourg and India for the new animated series Galactic Agency and is set to offer the show to pre-buyers at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival.

Produced by France’s Studio 100 Animation and Singapore-based animation studio Cosmos-Maya, the 2D animated series is aimed at kids ages 6 to 9. Galactic Agency has been commissioned by the French broadcaster Gulli.

The series, created by Julie Chabrol, follows the adventures of a team of extreme repair specialists who travel across the WashMash Galaxy aboard their spaceship, the Toaster. They are called on crazy missions to come to the rescue to fix anything from diva-whale’s washing machine to King Cheddar the Fifteenth’s robot teddy.

Lionel Marty, managing director of APC Kids, said: “We are thrilled to be joining such an exciting, original project, working with some of the most talented producers in Europe and Asia. We are confident that audiences across the globe will love the hilarious and whimsical escapades of this new adventure comedy.”

Katell France, managing director of Studio 100 Animation, added: “We are delighted to partner with APC Kids as worldwide distributor to spread the funny and wacky adventures of the Galactic Agency’s endearing characters amongst the kids all over the world.”
