Ánima’s Here Comes the Grump Rolling Out in Spain

Here Comes the Grump, a CG-animated family feature film in Ánima’s catalog, is set to be released in Spain on May 21, with Paycom Multimedia serving as distributor.

The movie has previously been sold to Mexico, Italy, CIS and the Baltics, South Africa, China, Israel, Hungary, the U.K., Portugal, Poland, Greece, Iceland, former Yugoslavia, Vietnam, the Middle East, Turkey, South Korea, France, Singapore, Kuwait, the U.S. and LatAm. The sales were finalized by GFM Animation, with LatAm sales handled by Ánima.

In Here Comes the Grump, when the Kingdom of Groovynham is threatened by sorcerer Grump and his dragon, Princess Dawn turns to Terry, a timid, skinny teenager with a big heart. Terry must not only leave his own world to enter the magic kingdom but also stop Grump and his evil magic and prevent Groovynham from becoming a sad and miserable kingdom with Princess Dawn.

Here Comes the Grump is produced by De Fuentes Sainz and García de Letona, along with Gregory Gavanski of Prime Focus World.
