Netflix Greenlights Victorious Spin-Off

Production has begun for Hollywood Arts, a spin-off of Nickelodeon’s Victorious for Netflix, set to premiere in 2026.

Daniella Monet, who starred as Trina Vega in Victorious, will reprise her role as a failed aspiring actor who returns to her high school, Hollywood Arts, to teach.

Yvette Nicole Brown (Victorious, Community) is also set to make a guest appearance, reprising her role as Principal Helen.

Monet will be joined by an up-and-coming cast, including; Alyssa Miles (Hanging out with Alyssa and Xavier), Emmy Liu-Wang (Raven’s Home, Slumber Party), Peyton Jackson (Woman in the Yard, Young Dylan), Erika Swayze (School Spirits, Davey & Jonesie’s Locker, Workin’ Moms) and Martin Kamm (Unsung Hero, Web of Spiderman).

Monet serves as the show’s executive producer. Jake Farrow (Victorious, iCarly) and Samantha Martin (Henry Danger, Danger Force) will act as showrunners, writers and executive producers.

The pilot episode will be directed and executive-produced by Jonathan Judge (The Really Loud House, My Weird School).

“Coming back as Trina alongside such a dynamic, powerful cast of newcomers is something I feel very lucky and grateful to do,” Monet shared. “Victorious was, in a lot of ways, life-changing for all of us. Our cast is forever bonded by that experience, and to think that I have an opportunity to steward anything close to that is a feeling I can’t begin to describe.”

Filming has started in Vancouver, and episodes will premiere on Netflix next year.
