Disney Branded TV Greenlights Hailey’s On It!

Disney Branded Television has greenlit the new animated comedy-adventure series Hailey’s On It!, with Auli’i Cravalho (Moana) voicing the titular character.

Hailey’s On It follows the risk-averse but resourceful teenager Hailey, who is on a mission to complete every item on her bucket list to save the world. Throughout the series, she is pushed outside of her comfort zone and conquers her fears with her best friend.

Creators Devin Bunje and Nick Stanton (Disney XD’s Gamer’s Guide to Pretty Much Everything, Prince of Peoria) are executive producing alongside co-executive producer and supervising director Howy Parkins (The Lion Guard). Manny Jacinto (Nine Perfect Strangers, The Good Place) and Gary Anthony Williams (The Boondocks) join Cravalho in the voice cast.

Hailey’s On It is produced by Disney Television Animation (TVA) and is slated to debut in 2023.

Meredith Roberts, senior VP and general manager of television animation at Disney Branded Television, said, “Nick and Devin began their writing careers at TVA nearly 15 years ago and have now come full circle returning to their TVA roots to launch their first animated series. The series’ fast-paced comedy, heart and grounded stories about two best friends who happen to get caught up in extraordinary circumstances made it a perfect fit for Disney.”
