Mondo TV Brings Heidi Bienvenida to the Big Screen

Mondo TV Iberoamerica is prepping a movie based on the live-action teen dramedy Heidi Bienvenida, marking the company’s first-ever film project.

The movie will be co-produced by Mondo TV Iberoamerica and Alianzas Producciones, and penned by Argentina’s Marcela Citterio. The screenplay is being adapted from the Heidi book Citterio is writing for Italian publisher Mondadori. Many cast members from the show will appear in the film.

Maria Bonaria Fois, the general manager of Mondo TV Iberoamerica, stated: “We are thrilled to be able to announce this exciting project. Expect a feast of adventure, comedy, music, magic and much, much more as Heidi comes to the big screen!”
