Studio 100 Completes Majority Acquisition of m4e

HÖHENKIRCHEN/MUNICH: Studio 100 Group’s purchase of a majority interest in m4e has been finalized, with the shares immediately acquired by Studio 100 Media.

During the closing of the deal, former members of m4e’s supervisory board, Oliver Jansen, Cees Wessels and Andreas Kinsky, stepped down from their positions. The executive board of m4e has filed an application with the district court of Munich in order to replace the trio with Studio 100 reps Hans Bourlon, Koen Peeters and David Lloyd.

Hans Ulrich Stoef will continue to serve as CEO of m4e, which will be moving forward with its international growth efforts. Both companies plan to collaborate in the area of kids’ and family entertainment.
