9 Story Acquires Rights to The Hollow

9 Story Distribution International has entered into an agreement with Slap Happy Cartoons for the global distribution rights to the animated series The Hollow.

Aimed at children 8 and up, the show premiered on Netflix worldwide in June. The streaming service recently greenlit the series for a second season, which is set to launch in 2020.

From the creators of Nerds and Monsters, The Hollow is a mystery-adventure series that centers around three strangers—Adam, Kai and Mira—who awaken in a bunker with no knowledge or memory of how they got there or who they are. Together, they must figure out the secrets of this strange world in order to escape, solving puzzles, traveling through portals and fighting strange creatures along the way.
