Seven Year Switch Among A+E Networks’ Format Sales

NEW YORK: A+E Networks has secured sales for several formats, including the social experiment Seven Year Switch.

Seven Year Switch, which airs on FYI, has been commissioned in Germany by ProSiebenSat.1, as well as in the U.K. The show has been renewed for a second season by Seven Network in Australia.

The adventure-reality competition Alone has scored its first international commission in Scandinavia with orders from Denmark and Norway. It has also been optioned in the U.K., Sweden and France.

A+E Networks also inked deals for returning formats such as Intervention, which was picked up in Canada. Pawn Stars was commissioned in South Africa, and a second season of Shipping Wars was ordered in the U.K. Lifetime’s Sisterhood, about a group of young women who are considering becoming nuns, scored its first international commission in Spain.
