SEO Entertainment Bolsters Management Team

LEONINE Studios’ production banner SEO Entertainment has tapped Sebastian Heinlein as chief content officer.

Over the last three years, Heinlein has held positions as head of development and creative director for SEO Entertainment. In his new role, he will assume overall responsibility for content and program development.

Heinlein will be working alongside Gillad Osterer, managing director.

Marc Halwas-Schäfer becomes the new head of development.

Osterer said: “In recent years, we have significantly expanded our production portfolio. In addition to our successful premium factual formats, such as Feuer und Flamme and Die Unfallklinik, we have introduced new program formats with award-winning adaptations, such as That’s My Jam and Down the Road. With Sebastian at my side in the management team, we can continue on this course of growth and, at the same time, live up to our high standards of combining quality and entertainment. I am very much looking forward to continuing our successful collaboration.”

Heinlein added: “We are currently expanding our program offering with the in-house development of a major shiny floor primetime show.
