Redseven Entertainment Appoints Head of Development

Bettina Josmann has been appointed as head of development at Redseven Entertainment.

“Bettina knows our company, she understands the market, and she brings proven expertise in the field of factual programming,” said Jobst Benthues, CEO of Redseven. “She has also been working in program development for almost 30 years. With nearly 30 years of experience in program development, she is the ideal candidate for this role. We are delighted to have her on board, and the first results of her work will be visible before the end of the year.”

Josmann has been part of Redseven’s development department since August 2024, most recently serving as executive producer of development, with a focus on factual formats. Prior to that, Josmann held senior development positions at several production companies, most recently spending six years at south&browse GmbH. In her new role, Josmann will report directly to Benthues.
