Paprika Studios has appointed Alicja Czarnecka-Suls as head of nonfiction production at its Polish division.
Czarnecka-Suls has been instrumental in bringing hit formats to Poland, including The Voice of Poland, Voice Kids, Voice Senior, Top Model and Kocham Cię, Polsko. She previously served as managing director at Rochstar and most recently worked as a supervising producer on The Voice franchise.
“If a person is the sum of their experiences, then I am ready to use my experience to build a strong nonfiction department at Paprika Studios Poland from the ground up,” said Czarnecka-Suls. “I am extremely proud and happy to have had the opportunity to work with the excellent team at Rochstar and with the best television networks and streaming platforms in Poland. I believe that I will be able to build a similarly efficient and creative team at Paprika Studios. As head of nonfiction production, my ambition is to create space for entertainment, studio and reality formats that will attract both Polish and international audiences and to offer a new partner in the Polish television production market that understands both local needs and global trends.”
