Unlike other events requiring hefty registration fees, attendance to the TV Formats Festival is free. World Screen’s festivals regularly attract close to 2,000 participants.

The launch of the TV Formats Festival follows on the success of the TV Kids Festival, TV Kids Summer Festival, FAST Festival and TV Real Festival and the brand-new Connected TV Festival.

“With the change in the annual market schedule in the spring, we knew we wanted to create a targeted space for formats executives to share their perspectives on what’s happening across the sector, from surging demand for scripted formats to new innovations in studio entertainment,” says Mansha Daswani, the editor-in-chief of World Screen. “With the three-day virtual TV Formats Festival, we’ll take a deep dive into format trends across the globe, delivering the intel you need—straight to your laptop. Be sure to register so you receive our post-show exclusive white paper recapping the highlights of every session.”
