ViacomCBS International Studios Distribution has lined up several new format deals within the comedy and reality genres.

ViacomCBS International Studios Distribution inked a deal with Mediengruppe RTL’s TVNOW for the new lesbian dating show Princess Charming. Produced by Seapoint, the German series is a spin-off of the original format Finding Prince Charming. Princess Charming will feature Cologne-based lawyer Irina Schlauch as the first woman who goes in search of her great love.

In addition, ViacomCBS International Studios Distribution further extended its partnership with Mediengruppe RTL Germany for a third season of Finding Prince Charming and a second season of Ex On the Beach as TVNOW original commissions. Produced by Seapoint, Prince Charming season three is slated to debut later this year. The ten-episode series will also include a reunion special. The second season of Ex On the Beach, produced by RTL Studios and shot on the beaches of Mexico, will premiere on TVNOW on April 15. The 16-episode series will feature sexy singles expecting a summer of hot new romance confronted by one or more of their exes.

ViacomCBS International Studios Distribution signed its first-ever format deal in English-speaking Canada to bring the Comedy Central format Roast Battle to Bell Media’s CTV Comedy Channel. The 8×30-minute series will be produced by Just For Laughs and Counterfeit Pictures for release later this year.

In Latin America, ViacomCBS International Studios Distribution signed a deal with Teledoce in Uruguay to renew the Comedy Central talk show format La Culpa Es De… (Blame it On…) for a second season. The series, entitled La Culpa es de Colon, is produced by Kubrick Media and is airing daily on Teledoce.

“Our catalog of light-hearted reality and comedy content has proven to be incredibly attractive to buyers looking for adaptable formats that are guaranteed to keep audiences smiling at a time when they need it the most,” said Laura Burrell, VP of international formats at ViacomCBS International Studios Distribution. “We’re proud to continue to supply partners with our vast non-scripted catalog of premium formats.”
