TEL AVIV: Polish broadcaster TTV has commissioned Armoza Formats’s celebrity interview show How to Be for a September debut.

The local Polish version of How to Be will be known as Być Jak… and produced by Jake Vision Production. It will be hosted by Polish TV personality Przemek Kossakowski. The first season will consist of nine episodes. This marks the first partnership between the two companies.

How to Be is developed by Artza Productions in collaboration with Armoza Formats. The show offers a twist on the typical celebrity interview format, as the host of the program becomes the celebrity, and the celebrity becomes the host. Cuatro in Spain will debut the first season of the local adaptation, Feis tu Feis, tomorrow, May 27. A third season is set for late July on ZDF and ZDFneo in Germany.

Lidka Kazen, the director of programs at TTV, said, “We were immediately drawn to How to Be with its unique way of revealing personal and emotional stories, which we do not usually see from celebrities. And following its international success, we are excited to be launching this challenging and unconventional show in Poland. We look forward to working with Armoza and enjoying the benefit of their expertise, as well as producing this entertaining format from their portfolio.”

Avi Armoza, the CEO of Armoza Formats, commented, “How to Be is an incredibly original format that enables viewers to get to know their favorite celebrities in a new and unique way. We are thrilled to be partnering with TTV for the first time, and in particular to be working with them on such a perfect match for them and their audiences.”
