Is That Really Your Voice Adapted in Russia

Russian TV channel TNT has produced a local version of Global Agency’s original singing entertainment format Is That Really Your Voice.

The show, produced by Comedy Club Production, will debut on February 26 at 8 p.m. on TNT. The first season of 12 episodes will be hosted by Azamat Musagaliev.

The show brings together Russia’s most famous singers and comedians in the jury. It will then spread to memes and videos on TikTok.

Created in 2013 by Global Agency Founder and CEO Izzet Pinto, the format is based on the idea of being able to spot good singers by looking at the contestants, without hearing them sing.

Pinto said: “Traveling abroad after a long break and seeing the production on-site was thrilling. It was one of the best-quality and fascinating productions I have ever seen. We have high expectations, we wish this show to last for years. I sincerely congratulate all the channel staff and production team. This format is likely to be one of the biggest hits in the world in 2021 and 2022.”
