Turkish Carriage for SPI Channels & FilmBox Live VOD Service

CANNES: Six channels from SPI International’s portfolio are being launched by Türksat/Teledünya, the largest cable operator in Turkey.

FilmBox and FilmBox Arthouse (movie channels), FightBox and Fast’nFunBox (sports channels), DocuBox (a documentary channel) and an international music channel, 360TuneBox, were added to the Türksat/Teledünya lineup. All channels are currently being localized in Turkish. FightBox and Fast’nFunBox will feature a Turkish voiceover, while the two movie channels and DocuBox will have Turkish subtitles. 360TuneBox will be broadcast in its original version.

In addition to the linear channels, Türksat/Teledünya begins to offer its customers access to FilmBox Live, a multiscreen VOD service that features live-streaming channels and a large VOD library.
