Novovision Names COO

PARIS: A new chief operating officer has been put in place at Novovision, with Leo Perez appointed to the post.

Perez will relocate from Los Angeles to the company’s Paris headquarters, where he will take charge of its operations, sales and business development. He will report to Novovision's CEO, François-Xavier Poirier.

He joins the company from First Mover Media, a consultancy he founded that focused on growth strategies for broadcast and digital media clients within the U.S. He previously held the position of general manager for Plural Entertainment, U.S./Latin America (Grupo Prisa) and as COO for Sí TV Network (now FuseTV).

“From launching television series to launching television channels, Leo is a recognized media executive whose extensive experience and impressive track record of success in all facets of the industry will play a major role in the continuing growth of our company,” said Poirier.

“I’m excited about joining Novovision and expanding their leadership role with innovative new productions and compelling digital offerings,” added Perez.
