Sarah Fischer Appointed to LEONINE Management Board

Sarah Fischer is to join the management board of LEONINE Holding, effective April 1.

Fischer has been serving as head of human resources. In addition to overseeing the group’s central HR unit, she has taken on the role of chief people and sustainability officer and is now also in charge of all topics related to social responsibility, environment and sustainability at LEONINE Studios.

Fischer reports to LEONINE Studios’ CEO, Fred Kogel.

Kogel said: “Sarah Fischer has held the position as head of HR at LEONINE Studios since 2019. Under her leadership, the HR organization has undergone significant development and growth. She has successfully overseen numerous change management initiatives and cross-company integration tasks. Sarah possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to think strategically. The LEONINE mindset is characterized by a continuous pursuit of improvement and a passion for a respectful work atmosphere. Sarah embodies these values, making her the ideal candidate to take on further responsibility within the management team.”
