We have created a work environment that fosters positivity and enables every employee to reach their full potential. I plan to build on this foundation by developing a corporate culture that values appreciation and performance. Additionally, our increased focus on environmental issues reflects our mindset to be a role model and maintain our reputation as a pioneer in the media industry. I am thrilled to have earned the trust of my colleagues and am excited to continue working closely with all employees, as well as the management teams in Munich and Cologne, and to being able to help shape LEONINE.”
