RTS Honors Jack Thorne, It’s a Sin, Strictly Come Dancing

The Royal Television Society (RTS) Programme Awards 2022 saw It’s a Sin take home three wins and BBC One named RTS Network of the Year.

Gabrielle Creevy won for her performance in In My Skin. Callum Scott Howells won on the actor side of the performance category for It’s a Sin.

On the comedy side for performance, the winners were Samson Kayo for Bloods and Anjana Vasan for We Are Lady Parts.

In My Skin won for drama series. It’s a Sin took the award for limited series. Help was awarded for single drama. Alma’s Not Normal won out in the scripted comedy category.

Russell T Davies (It’s a Sin) was recognized for his writing for drama, while Nida Manzoor (We Are Lady Parts) was honored for writing in comedy.

Strictly Come Dancing 2021 received the Judges’ Award.

Jack Thorne was recognized with an award for Outstanding Contribution to British Television 2022.
