The Monte-Carlo Television Festival is forging ahead with plans for its June event, despite the issues and cancellations that the coronavirus has inflicted on other events in Europe in recent weeks.

“With the measures taken so far by different countries and the Monte-Carlo Television Festival being held in three months, we can be confident that the organization of the 60th edition will not be impacted,” the organization said.

As of now, the 60th Monte-Carlo Television Festival will take place as planned from June 19 to 23 at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco, “unless otherwise advised by the Monegasque authorities, and depending on the evolution of the epidemic,” the organizers stated.
