Fulwell 73 (Carpool Karaoke, The Late Late Show, Bros: After the Screaming Stops) has acquired the British post-production company Creativity Media.

Fulwell 73 will merge its post-production operations with Creativity Media’s, with the merged team reporting to co-managing directors Patrick Fischer and Richard Kondal. The transaction follows Fulwell 73 receiving a £45 million investment from Valence Media last year. Creativity Media, founded in 2010, has post-produced 95 films and television shows, among them Fulwell 73’s hit football documentary The Class of ’92.

Leo Pearlman, partner at Fulwell 73, noted, “Creativity Media has been a key partner on many of our features and high-end documentaries over the past eight years and we have built a very close working partnership. We trust them implicity, and like us, they share a passion for storytelling and demand the highest creative standards. Bringing Creativity Media into Fulwell will mean we can boost our in-house postproduction team and take it to the next level, increasing our commercial and creative output as we continue to grow.”

Creativity Media’s Fischer and Kondal added, “This is an extraordinary and historic moment for us—after eight years of working together, this merger will allow us to combine our vast range of talent across the storytelling process. Both Fulwell and Creativity live and breathe high-quality storytelling, by combining our companies we are creating a post-production operation that is raising the bar for a huge range of content, from the small screen to the cinema screen. Let the new adventure begin!”
