France Télévisions Appoints Director of National Fiction

Anne Holmes has been named director of national fiction for France Télévisions.

Holmes will be in charge of the editorial policy on French fiction for all of France Télévisions’ national broadcasters. Her remit covers both daytime and prime-time programming.

The appointment sees Holmes reporting to Takis Candilis, deputy director general for strategy and programs.

Holmes had joined France 3 in 2003 as a program advisor. She was appointed deputy director of the fiction unit of France 3 in 2007 before taking the lead a year later.
