MUNICH: For the 2015 financial year, Tele München Group (TMG) saw its total revenues exceeding 236 million euros ($260 million) and EBITDA of 56 million euros ($62 million).

Its licensing business saw gains from the prior year, partly attributed to deals with leading German networks on top titles such as Spectre, The 100-Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out the Window and Disappeared and the miniseries The Night Manager. TMG also touted the continuing growth of VOD, as agreements were concluded with Amazon, Netflix and maxdome, among others.

Revenue from theatrical distribution was lower year-on-year, due to the postponement of several releases. In the broadcast segment, TELE 5 and RTL II maintained their market shares while also boosting their income.
