Senior VP of FOX Sports Europe & Africa Steps Down

LONDON: Kelly Butler is set to resign as senior VP of FOX Sports Europe and Africa at FOX International Channels (FIC) Europe and Africa.

Butler joined FIC in 2013 when the company acquired Setanta Africa. During her time at FIC, she helped steer the strategic direction and management of several sports endeavors across the region. She advised on acquisitions and business strategies for FOX Sports channels, including localization, international programming negotiations, digital media and operations. Prior to joining FIC, Butler pioneered the launch of cable and satellite television in the Asia-Pacific region as the head of sport at STAR-TV and later as senior VP and general manager at ESPN STAR Sports.
