Red Arrow Entertainment Group Taps MD for Business Affairs

MUNICH: Martin Metzger has joined the management board of Red Arrow Entertainment Group as the managing director of business affairs.

This newly created post sees Metzger taking on responsibility for legal and business affairs oversight throughout the Red Arrow portfolio. Metzger reports directly to Jan Frouman, the CEO of Red Arrow Entertainment Group. Metzger joined the ProSiebenSat.1 Group in 2000 and first worked as legal counsel for various departments. Later he assumed different positions in ProSiebenSat.1's legal unit, including head of new business projects and head of TV production.

Frouman said: "Martin is a terrific lawyer with loads of hands-on experience in production, format licensing and development—exactly what we want and need within the organization. Our entire board knows Martin well and has worked with him for years. We're thrilled to have finally found a way to add him to the Red Arrow family."
