‘Best of British’ Platform Expands to Norway

LONDON: Cirkus, an on-demand service delivering British content, launched in Norway today on pay-TV platform GET.

GET is offering Cirkus in its “Family” and “Entertainment” extended basic tiers. Cirkus is also being offered on a standalone SVOD basis for a monthly fee. GET reaches a total of 1.3 million customers.

"British content is very popular in Norway, and we are delighted that our customers can now experience the Cirkus service on both our set top boxes and our new OTT applications," said Torbjorn Aamodt, the director of product and services for GET. "Our deal with Cirkus is an important step towards the goal of offering the richest and widest lineup of entertainment, available across all platforms."
