Fabrizio Salini Becomes MD of FIC Italy

ROME: Fabrizio Salini is returning to FOX International Channels (FIC) Italy in the role of managing director, effective February 17.

Salini was with FIC Italy from 2003 to 2011 as the VP of entertainment channels. During the time since then, Salini has worked in senior management roles at SKY Italia, Discovery Communications and Switchover Media.

At FIC Italy, Salini will be reporting to Diego Londoño, FIC’s executive VP of Western and Northern Europe and COO for Europe and Africa. He will be based in Rome.

“We are very excited to have Fabrizio on board again at FOX International Channels Italy. His experience in pay and free television, across multiple genres, will be key in leading our business forward and in creating value both for pay-TV subscribers and advertisers, especially in this new and very competitive market scene,” said Londoño.
