Andie MacDowell, Roberto Saviano Set for Cannes

MUNICH: Beta Film is bringing the Hollywood icon Andie MacDowell to MIPCOM to present Cedar Cove, along with the award-winning Gomorrah author Robert Saviano.

MacDowell and her co-star Dylan Neal will introduce the H series to buyers. The 14×1-hour Cedar Cove is currently in the U.S. on Hallmark Channel. It is set in an idyllic North American costal town.

The Sky Italia crime series Gomorrah is based on Saviano’s bestseller and Cannes Grand Jury Prize-winning feature film of the same name by Matteo Garrone.

Also making appearances at MIPCOM are the stars of the North American series Cracked, David Sutcliffe and Brooke Nevin.
