Banijay International Bolsters Sales & Acquisitions Team

LONDON: Banijay International has hired Jimmy Humphrey as its new sales and acquisitions manager.

Based in London, Humprey will be responsible for the company’s sales to the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, Scandinavia, Italy and Portugal. He will also handle the acquisition of formats and finished tape for global exploitation in the U.K., Scandinavia, Australia and New Zealand.

In the past Humprey was an acquisitions and development executive at FremantleMedia Enterprises. He later held an acquisitions position at Shine International.

Karoline Spodsberg, the managing director of Banijay International, stated: "I’m thrilled to welcome Jimmy to the Banijay International team. He brings with him a wealth of experience from the international distribution industry and will be a real asset to our growing team."
