LONDON: Olivier Gers, the CEO of Endemol Worldwide Brands, is set to exit the company.

Gers came into the role in February 2010 and has since focused on extending Endemol’s IP and commercial activities across multiple platforms. This has included investing in product development and creative games, second-screen applications and branded entertainment.

Gers commented: “I have really enjoyed my tenure at Endemol and would like to thank first and foremost my team around the world whose dedication and hard work have allowed me to move the company forward in so many different areas and deliver such growth. I wish everybody at Endemol the best of luck and every success in the future!”

Tim Hincks, the president of Endemol Group, said: Olivier has played a key role in expanding and diversifying Endemol’s global brands business including successfully implementing a second screen strategy around international formats. We’re grateful for all he has done as CEO of EWB and wish him the very best for the future.”
