Paramount Channel to Debut in Spain

MADRID: Viacom International Media Networks is launching the new Paramount Channel on DTT in Spain on March 30, featuring films from the studio’s library. 

The first transmission will be The Godfather. The channel will continue to deliver Spanish audiences of all ages movies from the 100-year-old film library of Paramount Pictures as well as a selection of movies from other U.S. studios and the best of Spanish cinema. The day-to-day programming will cover recent blockbusters, classics and award-winning films from the history of cinema. Each day, 11 movies will air, and weekends will be dedicated to family films for all audiences.
