Sky Atlantic to Bring HBO Programming to Germany

UNTERFÖHRING: This May, Sky Deutschland is launching Sky Atlantic HD, which is home to exclusive new series and productions from HBO.

Sky Atlantic HD will kick off its German broadcast with the exclusive launch of the second season of Game of Thrones. The third season of Boardwalk Empire is set to launch in the next few months. Also getting German telecasts will be The Sopranos, Entourage, The Wire, Angels in America, Band of Brothers and others. The programs will be available in German, with access to the original English-language soundtrack also available. The channel’s HD content will also be available on-demand through Sky Anytime and Sky Go.
