Lionsgate UK Hires TV Head

LONDON: Roberta Ibba-Hartog, who previously led regional sales at HBO, has been named as the head of TV for the U.K. and Eastern Europe at Lionsgate UK.

Ibba-Hartog is responsible for the sales and distribution of all Lionsgate films and series across the U.K. and Ireland and will oversee sales in Eastern Europe. She comes to the post from HBO, where she served as the VP of international distribution for Central & Eastern Europe, Korea and Japan. Before HBO, Ibba-Hartog was with Sony Pictures International as director of sales, covering Nordic, Benelux and CEE territories.
