ZDF Enterprises Creates App for Little Mainz Men

MAINZ: An app of the Little Mainz Men, the mascots of German pubcaster ZDF, is now available from the Apple App Store in Germany for the iPhone and iPod touch.

Created by ZDF Enterprises and the Hamburg app developers from Labor 1, the Christmas penalty shoot-out app features the mascots who have held cult status for more than 50 years. The free app features 11 Christmas levels in a game of obstacles. Players can scoop up Little Mainz Men prizes, with the best points collectors scoring surprise packages, and the most successful of all can even win an app-compatible MP3 player with a Little Mainz Men engraving. In January, more levels and new challenges will be added.
