ZDF Enterprises Scores Distribution Rights for Ukrainian Crime Drama

ZDF Enterprises has acquired the global distribution rights outside of Ukraine, Russia and CIS for the series Hide and Seek.

The eight-part Ukrainian crime drama is currently in post-production and will premiere on ICTV Ukraine in the fall. Starring Yulia Abdel Fattakh, Pyotr Rykov and Vyacheslav Dovzhenko, among others, the series was produced by FILM.UA Group, written by Oleksandr Protsiuk and directed by Iryna Gromozda.

Hide and Seek integrates elements of thriller and noir as it follows two detectives searching for a young girl who goes missing during a seemingly innocent game of hide and seek. The child later surfaces in a video online holding a sign with a mysterious set of numbers on it, and soon more children start to disappear.
