The Turkish drama Winds of Love, distributed internationally by Eccho Rights, has been renewed for a second season by Kanal 7.

Season two, slated to bow in September 2024, will continue to follow the blossoming romance between Halil and Zeynep as they deal with new challenges and old enemies. It will consist of 278 episodes.

Season one, which debuted in January 2024 and is currently airing daily, introduced Halil and Zeynep. Halil’s family’s honor was shattered and their home was stolen by the Aslanlı family. He devises a cunning plan to bring down those who wronged him and his family, but his plans go air when he meets Zeynep, the daughter of his sworn enemies. He finds himself torn between his thirst for revenge and his blossoming feelings for Zeynep.

“We first brought Winds of Love to the international market at Content Americas in January and saw a great reception for the series,” said Handan Özkubat, director of Turkish drama at Eccho Rights. “Since then, the title has gone from strength to strength in Turkey, as well as garnering a lot of international interest, so we are delighted to see Kanal 7 committing to a renewal so early.”
