WGN America Readies Debut of Electric’s Almost Paradise

Electric Entertainment’s new crime series Almost Paradise, which stars Christian Kane and Samantha Richelle, will premiere on WGN America on Monday, March 30.

Set for a 10 p.m. slot, Almost Paradise stars Kane (The Librarians, Leverage, Angel) as Alex Walker, a former U.S. DEA agent who was forced into early retirement. After heading off to a small tropical island, he’s pulled back into a world of dangerous people and deadly situations, either through his friends in the local police department or running into people from his old life.

Almost Paradise was executive produced and created by Dean Devlin and Gary Rosen. The series was also executive produced by Electric Entertainment’s Rachel Olschan-Wilson and Marc Roskin.
