TORONTO: Tricon Films & Television has added to its catalogue the scripted drama Forgive Me from Emotion Pictures.

The 24×30-minute series is written and directed by Thom Fitzgerald. It centers on a young insomniac priest (played by Michael McLeod), who becomes engrossed in the very private lives of his congregation while trying to protect a secret of his own.

Forgive Me was created and produced by Emotion Picture’s Doug Pettigrew (Cloudburst, Sex & Violence, Nonsense Revolution and Growing Op) and Thom Fitzgerald (The Hanging Garden, Beefcake, The Wild Dogs, 3 Needles and Sex & Violence) in association with Super Channel, with the participation of the Canadian Media Fund.
