Eccho Rights has licensed The Inheritance to BritBox in the U.S. and Canada, along with a slew of broadcasters across Europe.

Outside of North America, the co-production from Night Train Media, Lonesome Pine Productions and Peer Pressure for Channel 5 in the U.K. is also set to land on RTÉ in Ireland; NPO in the Netherlands; and Pickbox in Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Bulgaria.

Starring Robert James Collier (Downtown Abbey), Gaynor Faye (Coronation Street) and Jemima Rooper (The Girlfriend Experience), alongside Larry Lamb (EastEnders), Kevin Whately (Inspector Lewis) and Samantha Bond (Downtown Abbey), The Inheritance is the story of three siblings who are left reeling after the unexpected death of their father.

The Inheritance has a winning formula; blending high stakes thriller, whodunnit crime and relatable, emotional family drama, all played by an amazing cast—that mix makes a perfect title for the international market,” said Lucy Roberts, director of sales at Eccho Rights.
