The new CBS All Access original The Good Fight has been licensed to HBO Nordic as well as to ZEE in two separate deals signed by CBS Studios International (CBSSI).

CBSSI and ZEE inked an agreement for exclusive pay-TV rights in India. The first-window licensing pact will see the show airing on Zee Café. Also, the spin-off of The Good Wife will be available exclusively on HBO Nordic as of June 1.

The Good Fight delivers the same powerful story lines and high-quality production values as its predecessor and has premiered to terrific critical acclaim in the U.S.,” said Barry Chamberlain, the president of sales at CBSSI. “We are pleased to be working with ZEE, the original home of The Good Wife in India, to bring audiences there the first original series from our digital subscription video-on-demand and live-streaming service, CBS All Access.”

Aparna Bhosle, the business head of ZEE’s premium and free-to-air cluster, said, “Zee Café’s positioning—‘All Eyes On New’—encapsulates our promise to deliver the best in English entertainment to viewers in India. We have had a very successful partnership with CBS Studios International with the popular drama The Good Wife, and the critically acclaimed spin-off, The Good Fight, has all the ingredients of being an equally power-packed series.”
