The Girl of the Green Valley Continues into New Territories

Inter Medya has continued to sell The Girl of the Green Valley into new territories, including Puerto Rico, Peru, Panama and the U.S. Hispanic market.

Produced by Yesil Yapim and inspired by Lucy Maud Montgomery’s Anne of Green Gables, the daily drama follows a young girl who is left without parents. It debuted in Puerto Rico under the title Melissa.

The series was previously licensed into Bolivia, Uruguay, Spain, Hungary and Israel, among others. Deals in more territories are in the pipeline.
