The Control Room Lands Global Deals

All3Media International has sealed deals in Australia, China, the Netherlands, Spain and Ireland for The Control Room, a new BBC One drama from Sherlock producer Hartswood Films.

The Control Room marks All3Media International’s first global distribution pact with Hartswood Films. In Australia, the thriller starring Iain De Caestecker and Joanna Vanderham and penned by Nick Leather has been snapped up by BBC Studios and ABC, while in China a deal has been clinched with Pumpkin Film.

All3Media International has also licensed the three-parter to NPO in the Netherlands, Comunidad Filmin in Spain and Virgin Media Television in Ireland. Dazzler Media has acquired home-entertainment rights for the U.K. and Ireland.

The series is set in Glasgow and focuses on an emergency call handler for the Scottish Ambulance Service.
