STUDIOCANAL is increasing its current stake in STUDIOCANAL TV/TANDEM Productions to 100 percent, purchasing the remaining shares of partners Rola Bauer, Tim Halkin and Jonas Bauer.

TANDEM Productions is set to produce Shadow Play, created and written by Måns Mårlind (Bron/The Bridge, Midnight Sun), with ZDF coming on board as co-producing network alongside international partners such as Viaplay and Canal+.

LONDON/MUNICH: DIRECTV Latin America has acquired the one-hour drama Spotless, which stars Marc-André Grondin (C.R.A.Z.Y), Denis Ménochet (Inglourious Basterds), Miranda Raison (24: Live Another Day) and Brendan Coyle (Downton Abbey).
