Martin Clunes will guest star on Best Medicine, FOX Entertainment’s remake of All3Media International’s Doc Martin.

FOX has added Abigail Spencer (Suits, Grey’s Anatomy) to the cast of its upcoming comedy Best Medicine, based on All3Media International’s Doc Martin.
