Starz Developing Two New Shows from Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson

Starz has put into development two new series from Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, executive producer of the Power series, and his G-Unit Film & Television.

The first series is an untitled female sports agent drama inspired by the life of superstar sports agent and attorney Nicole Lynn, who will also serve as executive producer. It is from writer and executive producer Tash Grey (Raising Kanan, Snowfall).

The second is Moment in Time: The Massacre (working title) from writer and executive producer Abdul Williams (The Bobby Brown Story, The New Edition Story). The seasonal anthology series will explore the true stories in which iconic hip-hop moments collided with the sensational and sometimes criminal events behind-the-scenes. Season one reveals how the tension between 50 Cent and The Game led to an all-out street war, pitting G-Unit against music impresario Jimmy Henchman, resulting in a murder-for-hire plot and Henchman serving a life sentence in prison.
