Nova Inks First-Run Agreement with STUDIOCANAL

Nova, a provider of bundled home entertainment and communication services in Greece, has signed an exclusive first-run agreement for Greece and Cyprus with STUDIOCANAL.

The new deal includes the TV series ZeroZeroZero with Gabriel Byrne, as well as the miniseries Years and Years, a co-production from RED Production Company, BBC One and HBO starring Emma Thompson and Rory Kinnear. Other titles included are Shadowplay, produced by TANDEM Productions and Bron Studios in co-production with Germany’s ZDF; the psychological thriller Possessions, produced by Haut et Court TV and Quiddity; and the miniseries On Death Row, produced by Movistar+ in collaboration with Bambú Producciones.

The new agreement with STUDIOCANAL also includes on-demand rights for the distribution of content on the big screen, as well as simultaneous viewing on laptops, tablets and smartphones through the Nova Go service, enabling Nova subscribers to watch the programs whenever and wherever they wish.
