Netflix Slates Korean Medical Drama The Trauma Code

Netflix has slated the premiere of its original Korean medical drama The Trauma Code: Heroes on Call for January 24.

The series stars Ju Ji-hoon (Kingdom, Along with the Gods) as Dr. Baek Kang-hyuk, a genius surgeon who spent years working in war zones. He goes on a mission to revolutionize trauma care in Korea and becomes determined to establish a top-tier trauma center dedicated to saving lives.

The series features an array of diverse backdrops, from battlefields to mountains.

Alongside Ji-Hoon, the cast includes Choo Young-woo (The Tale of Lady Ok) and Ha-young (Doona!).
