NBC Orders New Medical Drama

NBC has given a series order for Dr. Wolf, starring Zachary Quinto.

Inspired by Oliver Sacks’ life and work, Dr. Wolf follows revolutionary, larger-than-life neurologist Oliver Wolf (Quinto) and his team of interns as they explore the human mind and grapple with their own relationships and mental health.

Dr. Wolf is inspired by Sacks’ books The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat and An Anthropologist on Mars.

The series is produced by Berlanti Productions, Fabel Entertainment and The Imaginarium in association with Warner Bros. Television and Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group.
