MISTCO has secured new sales for the Turkish drama series The Innocents in Albania, Croatia, Kosovo, Romania, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and North Macedonia.

Based on a true-life story and adapted for the screen from the memoirs of psychiatrist Gulseren Budayicioglu, The Innocents centers on Han (Birkan Sokullu) and his family, as well as the love story between him and İnci (Farah Zeynep Abdullah), who has her own complicated relationships with family and friends. The series is produced by OGM Pictures and broadcasted on TRT 1.

Aysegul Tuzun, managing director of MISTCO, said: “We are proud to announce these new deals for The Innocents. We have always seen Europe as a perfect destination for Turkish dramas. While The Innocents is becoming a hit worldwide like in Turkey, we continue to negotiate in different areas and see that the attention to the series has increased greatly.”
